A 40mm square fan with ball bearing and 3-pin 24V 0.09A power for inverter or server cooling

  • Fan size40 mm
  • Bearing designBall
  • Power input connector3 Pin
  • Product colorBlack
  • Product typeFan only
  • Compact 40 mm frame fits tight server chassis
  • Ball-bearing motor runs smoothly at 24 V
  • Low 0.09 A draw keeps power budget lean
  • Three-pin connector enables speed monitoring
  • Designed for ABB Fanuc inverter models CA1382-H01 FR-E520 E500

40 mm 24 V server fan

The OEM Industries MMF-04C24DS RC4 is a 40 mm square fan with a 15 mm thickness. It runs on 24 V DC at 0.09 A and uses a three-pin power connector. Ball bearings support continuous operation in inverter and server environments.

Replaces 4015 frame coolers

This unit matches the Melco 4015 form factor used in ABB and Fanuc inverter modules such as the CA1382-H01, FR-E520 and FR-E500. The jump is worth it when the original fan develops bearing noise or fails to spin at full speed.

Suits industrial maintenance teams

Technicians servicing the listed inverter models can install this fan directly without wiring changes. Buyers who need a different voltage, a larger frame or PWM control should look at other models.

Questions about this item

What mounting holes does the 40mm frame use?

The fan follows the standard 4015 square pattern with four corner holes spaced for 40 mm centres.

How do I connect the three-pin lead to a 24 V source?

Plug the 3-pin connector directly onto a 24 V header; the third wire carries the tachometer signal so the controller can monitor speed.

When should the ball-bearing assembly be replaced?

Plan replacement when audible rumble appears or RPM drops below the rated 0.09 A draw at 24 V.
