Two-pin power and sleeve bearing affect maintenance

The 2-pin connector supplies power only, so the fan runs at a fixed speed without PWM control or speed reporting. Sleeve bearings are simpler than ball bearings but can develop noise or wear faster when the card is mounted vertically for long periods.
