Engine Support 1100 Lb Capacity

The OEMTOOLS 24950 engine support holds up to 1,100 lb (500 kg) to secure an engine during transmission or engine work. It suits both four- and six-cylinder engines. Threaded adjustable chain hooks and telescoping side foot-pads adapt to various engine compartments. Rubber foot pads grip securely to prevent damage.

Adjustable Hooks and Telescoping Foot-Pads

Threaded chain hooks adjust to fit different automobiles. Telescoping side foot-pads extend to straddle inner fender wells for stable positioning. These adjustments let the bar precisely position the engine while components are removed or installed. Rubber pads protect painted surfaces and metal from scratches or dents.

Straddle Mount With 26-1/2 Inch Minimum Width

The unit straddles inner fender wells and requires a minimum width of 26-1/2 in (673 mm) between contact points. Rubber foot pads provide non-slip grip on fender edges during use. The telescoping foot-pads accommodate wider engine bays beyond the minimum. This mounting style keeps the engine stable without a floor jack.
