Office Impressions View Binder .5" 11 x 8.5 White 125 sheets

Economy View Binder

The Office Impressions view binder uses a 0.5" round-ring mechanism to hold up to 125 sheets of 11 x 8.5 paper. A clear overlay on the front, back and spine lets you insert custom title pages for quick identification. It suits light filing tasks in home, school or small-office settings. Builders who need a second card or buyers who want more storage should choose a larger capacity binder.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The round rings open and close smoothly for daily sheet insertion and removal. With the 125-sheet limit observed, the cover stays flat and the rings stay aligned during repeated use. Exceeding the rated capacity causes the rings to misalign and the spine to bow, making page turns stiff and risking torn holes. The binder is not designed for high-volume archival storage or frequent heavy reference.

Interface Limits

The 11 x 8.5 sheet size matches standard US letter paper and fits most desktop printers and copiers. The 0.5" spine width fits shallow shelves and tight drawer spaces where wider binders cannot sit. The three-ring pattern follows the common punched-hole spacing, so pages from other sources drop in without re-punching. Non-standard paper sizes or heavy card stock may not feed or secure properly.
