Fault-tolerant server power supply

This 800W server power supply is built for fault-tolerant server deployments. It suits administrators who need a hot-swappable unit that can keep a rack running when one module fails. Buyers looking for a desktop ATX form factor or a single non-redundant supply should consider other options.

Testable 800W module with part references

The unit carries part numbers 856-851529-002 and N8181-122 for exact ordering and compatibility checks. Its testable design lets technicians verify output under load before deployment. No bundled cables, rails or management software are included with this module.

Questions about this item

How often should the cooling fan in the FPS-800 800W power supply be inspected or replaced?

The unit is designed for fault-tolerant server operation; fan inspection intervals depend on the host system's maintenance schedule and environmental conditions.

What protective limit activates first when the FPS-800 800W supply runs at continuous full load?

The 800W rated output is the primary limit; sustained loads at or above this level will trigger over-power protection before thermal limits are reached.
