300W 1U server PSU for X3250 M3 M4 M5

This 300-watt 1U power supply is built for the Lenovo X3250 M3 M4 M5 server line. It replaces part numbers FSA008 FSA049 69Y5537 81Y6301 00J6066 00J6070 00AL207. The unit fits directly into the server chassis without adapters. It is intended for IT teams maintaining these specific rackmount systems.

Thermals noise and power draw in normal use

The supply delivers up to 300 watts to the server components under typical workloads. Internal fan speed adjusts to the thermal load inside the 1U chassis. Acoustic output remains consistent with standard rackmount server expectations. Power draw at the wall matches the rated output plus normal conversion losses.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 300W PSU into the X3250 M4 server and which step is often missed?

Slide the unit into the 1U bay until the latch clicks, then secure the retention screw; the step often missed is tightening that screw, which keeps the PSU firmly seated.

What maintenance or replacement will the 300W power supply need later?

Clean the intake vents periodically to prevent dust build-up; replace the unit if the fan becomes noisy or if the server shows unexpected power-offs.
