Everyday Gift-Wrapping Tool

The OIC GIF-CUT-0004 is a sliding cutter designed to slice wrapping paper rolls up to 2.2 inches in diameter. It suits anyone who wraps gifts regularly and wants straighter cuts than scissors can give without a steep learning curve.

Replaceable Blade System

The green plastic body carries a textured non-slip surface for a secure grip on glossy or thick paper. Open mode lets you load a roll quickly; closed mode locks the paper for stable, precise cutting. The pack includes two rollers, four blades and a mini tool for fast blade changes.

Low-Force Manual Operation

No electricity or batteries are involved, so there is no heat, no fan noise and no power draw to consider. Cutting effort stays light because the blade glides on rollers, keeping hand fatigue low during long wrapping sessions.
