Preprinted Poly Dividers for Medical Charts

This set contains ten side-open dividers made from heavy-gauge polyethylene. Each tab is pre-printed using an 8-point foil stamping process for clear, fade-resistant text. The dividers are designed to organise patient records within standard charting systems.

Replaces Worn or Hand-Labelled Dividers

Upgrade when existing tabs become illegible or brittle from repeated handling. The pre-printed format eliminates the time spent creating manual labels and ensures consistent indexing across multiple charts. The jump is worth it for facilities that need durable, uniform dividers ready for immediate use.

Suits Clinics Using Standard Side-Load Charts

Ideal for offices that file records in 8 ½ by 11 inch side-open binders and want a ready-to-file solution. Not suited for buyers who need custom tab wording, top-loading compatibility, or divider sets in quantities other than ten.

Questions about this item

What size binders do the 8 ½ by 11 inch dividers fit?

The dividers measure 8 ½ inches wide by 11 inches long and are compatible with other charting systems using that standard size.

How do the preprinted poly tabs install in a medical chart?

Insert each side-open divider into the binder rings so the printed tab faces outward; the common error is loading them backwards so the foil-stamped text faces the wrong direction.

When should the heavy gauge polyethylene dividers be replaced?

Replace them when the foil-stamped print fades, the side tabs tear, or the polyethylene becomes brittle from repeated handling and cleaning.
