Compatible drum and toner set

This OmniTrade four-pack supplies a DR630 drum unit and a TN660 toner cartridge designed for Brother laser printers. The components arrive new and carry ISO 9001 and ISO 1400 certification for quality and environmental management. Black output is rated at five percent coverage for consistent monochrome documents. The bundle suits offices that want a single purchase covering both consumable types.

Replaces separate Brother originals

The pack replaces the need to order the drum and toner as individual Brother items, reducing reorder frequency. A drum rated up to 12000 pages outlasts several toner cycles rated at 2600 pages each. The jump is worth it when a printer shows a drum-end message and toner is also low. Buyers who want colour output or higher-capacity toner bottles cannot use this set.

Steady output over long runs

Laser print technology delivers consistent density across the drum’s rated life without the density drop seen in short test bursts. The drum maintains even charge distribution through high-volume jobs, while the toner formulation resists caking during intermittent use. Shelf life extends up to one year, so spare units stay ready. Users who need continuous printing beyond the rated yields must plan additional packs.

Questions about this item

Does the DR630 drum unit slot into the same bay as the original Brother drum for the DCP-L2520DW?

Yes, the DR630 drum is built to the same form factor as the Brother original and fits the drum bay in the DCP-L2520DW and all other listed models without adapters.

What is the correct order for installing the TN660 toner into the DR630 drum, and what step do people often miss?

Insert the TN660 cartridge into the DR630 drum until it clicks, then slide the combined assembly into the printer; the step often missed is removing the protective seal from the toner before insertion.

When should I expect to replace the DR630 drum versus the TN660 toner cartridges in this 4 pack?

The DR630 drum is rated for up to 12000 pages at 5% coverage, while each TN660 toner yields up to 2600 pages, so the drum typically lasts through about four to five toner cartridges.
