Four-function USB pedometer

The Omron HJ-322U is a tri-axis pedometer that records steps, aerobic steps, distance and calories burned. It connects to a computer via USB so activity data can be uploaded for longer-term tracking. A lithium battery and holder are included in the retail package.

Walkers who want simple daily totals

Suits people who prefer a dedicated clip-on device instead of a phone or wristband. Not for swimmers or anyone who needs heart-rate, sleep or GPS data. Buyers who want more storage than the 21-day onboard log should look at something else.

21-day onboard memory with 22-day download capacity

The unit stores seven days of detail on its screen and holds up to 21 days of activity for transfer. When plugged in, up to 22 days of data can be downloaded to the companion software. This capacity decides whether the logging depth meets your routine.
