Onguard 89085 Size 16 Men's Plain Rubber Boot, Blue

Dunlop 89085 Plain Rubber Boot

The Dunlop 89085 is a plain-toe rubber boot built for men who need straightforward waterproof protection in wet or muddy conditions. It comes in size 16 with a standard D width and a 16-inch knee-high shaft. The Safety Loc sole pattern provides grip on slippery surfaces without specialised safety-toe requirements.

Uninsulated Rubber Limits in Cold

Because the boot is uninsulated, it does not retain heat in freezing temperatures and is not designed for prolonged cold-store or winter outdoor work. The plain toe offers no impact or compression protection, so it cannot replace certified safety footwear where toe guards are mandatory. Waterproof rubber keeps water out but does not breathe, so extended wear in warm environments may cause sweat build-up.

Knee-High Build and Daily Use

The 16-inch height shields the lower leg from splashes and deep puddles, while the plain rubber construction resists abrasion from rough floors and debris. A Safety Loc outsole channels liquid away from the contact patch to reduce slipping on wet concrete or oily surfaces. Pull-on styling with no laces or buckles allows quick donning and removal at shift changes or when moving between clean and dirty zones.
