Mobile TV Stand for Large Screens

The ONKRON TS2821-B is a mobile TV stand on wheels built for 70 to 110 inch displays and interactive boards weighing up to 287 lbs. It suits offices, schools and commercial spaces that need a movable display solution. The stand accepts VESA patterns from 200x200 up to 1000x600, covering most large-format panels. It is not for buyers who need a fixed wall mount or a stand for screens smaller than 70 inches.

Height Adjustment and Mobility

Height adjusts from 51.7 to 69.5 inches in a 17 ¾ inch range, letting you set the screen at eye level for seated or standing viewers. Four 100 mm rubberised wheels roll smoothly without marking floors and lock securely when the stand must stay stationary. The wide aluminium and steel frame with reinforcing ribs keeps the structure stable while remaining light enough to move between rooms. No power draw or noise figures apply to this passive mechanical product.

Build Quality and Integrated Storage

Columns are aluminium with steel components, finished in black, and reinforcing ribs add rigidity without excess weight. A lower steel equipment shelf holds up to 22 lbs for a system unit or media player, while an upper webcam shelf supports 11 lbs for conferencing gear. The wide base accommodates a desktop computer, turning the cart into a portable workstation. Buyers who need more than two shelves or a built-in cable management channel will find those features absent.

Questions about this item

How do I assemble the TS2821-B and which step is often done wrong?

Bolt the aluminium columns to the steel base, fit the four 100 mm rubberised wheels, attach the VESA brackets to the screen, then raise the columns to the desired height between 51.7" and 69.5". The step most often missed is tightening the column locking bolts after height adjustment, which can let the display slip.

What maintenance or replacement will the TS2821-B need over time?

Periodically check the four wheel locks and the column locking bolts for tightness; the rubberised 100 mm wheels may wear after heavy use and can be replaced individually. The steel equipment shelf (22 lbs capacity) and upper webcam shelf (11 lbs capacity) require no scheduled maintenance.

What is the first limit reached when the TS2821-B is moved frequently with a heavy display?

The 287 lb load rating of the stand is the primary limit; exceeding it risks column flex and wheel lock failure. The 100 mm wheels roll smoothly on level floors but can bind on thick carpet or thresholds, so floor surface becomes the practical mobility limit before the stand itself gives way.
