Compact Micro Four Thirds prime for manual shooters

The Opteka OPTM3517O is a 35 mm f/1.7 manual-focus lens built for Olympus Micro Four Thirds cameras. It suits enthusiasts who want a lightweight all-metal prime and beginners learning manual exposure control on mirrorless bodies.

49 mm filter thread matches common accessories

The front thread measures 49 mm, so existing circular polarisers, ND filters or lens caps fit without step-up rings. This single specification decides whether the lens integrates with your current filter kit.

Simple native mount, no electronics to configure

The lens mounts directly on any Olympus M43 body with no adapters or firmware updates. The clickless aperture ring turns smoothly, but the lack of autofocus and image stabilisation means handheld low-light work demands steady technique and accurate manual focusing.
