A 9-port 10/100M switch with four PoE ports and one fiber uplink for powering cameras or access points
The ONV-POE31084PF is a 9-port network switch designed for small business deployments. It combines eight RJ45 ports with one fiber uplink and delivers data and power over a single Cat-5 cable. Four ports support IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet for compatible endpoints.
This switch suits teams deploying wireless access points or IP cameras where AC outlets are unavailable. It is not for networks requiring Gigabit uplink speeds or more than four powered ports. Buyers who need PoE+ or higher power budgets should look elsewhere.
The four powered ports follow the IEEE 802.3af standard and auto-detect compatible endpoints before supplying power. Non-PoE devices connected to these ports receive data only and are not damaged. Power is discontinued automatically when a PoE device is disconnected.

Yes — the unit has four PoE ports that follow the 802.3af standard and four regular 10/100M ports, plus one fiber uplink.
Each RJ45 port negotiates at either 10 or 100 Mbps full-duplex, so a connected camera or access point will never exceed 100 Mbps on that link.
The fiber uplink operates at the same 10/100M rate as the copper ports, but it allows much longer cable runs without signal loss.
