330W P-VIP replacement lamp module with housing for Optoma projectors, rated 2,000 to 3,000 hours
The OP5050 lamp module ships as a complete housing with a 330W P-VIP bulb inside, so it fits straight into compatible Optoma projectors without extra assembly. It is aimed at owners who need a factory-specification light source to restore original brightness and colour accuracy.
The unit arrives fully assembled, reducing installation to a single swap and minimising the risk of dust entering the optical path. Manufacturing follows ISO 9001 quality checks covering beam performance, ignition voltage, connections and run-time, so the lamp behaves consistently from first strike.
Normal-mode life is rated at 2,000 hours and economy mode extends that to 3,000 hours, giving a clear interval for planned replacement. The jump is worth it when image dimming or colour shift becomes noticeable, but it does not add higher resolution or new connectivity.

The OP5050 module is built for Optoma projectors that use the BL-FP330B lamp type; it ships as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly so it drops straight into the existing lamp cage.
The pre-assembled housing slides into the lamp compartment and is held by the projector's retaining screw; the step people miss is forgetting to tighten that screw before closing the cover.
After fitting the new 330 W module, use the projector's menu to reset the lamp timer to zero; skipping this leaves the counter running on the old bulb's hours.
