Genuine compatible replacement lamp module with 165 W P-VIP bulb rated for 3,000 to 4,000 hours
This 165W P-VIP lamp module arrives fully assembled with housing for direct installation in compatible Optoma projectors. It restores original brightness without requiring separate bulb handling. The unit is manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards using genuine OEM components from Philips, Osram, Ushio, Phoenix, Iwasaki or Matsushita. Each lamp undergoes strict checks for beam performance, ignition, voltage, appearance, connections and run-time before shipping.
The lamp draws 165W during operation and delivers a rated life of 3,000 hours in normal mode or 4,000 hours in economy mode. Economy mode reduces power consumption and acoustic output from the projector cooling system. The P-VIP bulb technology provides stable colour performance throughout the rated lifespan. Actual hours achieved will vary with usage patterns, ambient temperature and projector maintenance.
The complete bulb-and-housing assembly eliminates the need to reuse or clean the old cage, reducing installation time and the risk of dust contamination. It fits the designated Optoma projector models that accept the SP.89Z01GC01 module. The lamp is not suitable for projectors requiring a different wattage, connector layout or form factor. Builders needing a bare bulb for custom housing reuse should select a different product type.

The module arrives fully assembled with the 165W P-VIP bulb inside its housing, so you only need to open the projector's lamp door, remove the old unit, slide the new one in until it seats firmly, then close the door and reset the lamp timer in the menu.
After 3000 hours in Normal mode or 4000 hours in Economy mode the lamp reaches its rated life and the whole module must be replaced; no separate bulb change is possible.
The 3000-hour Normal-mode rating is the first limit reached; running in Economy mode extends it to 4000 hours before brightness drops below usable levels.
