Professional Laser Projector 7000 Lumens

The Optoma ZU707T is a new DLP laser projector delivering 7000 lumens brightness with a native 16:10 aspect ratio. It supports display sizes from 30 to 350 inches and a throw ratio of 1.2:1 to 1.92:1. A 30000 hour laser light source removes lamp replacement cycles for professional installations.

Suited for Large Venues and Fixed Installations

This model fits venues needing high brightness across wide throw distances from 51.18 to 307.09 inches. Horizontal and vertical keystone correction of ±30 degrees aids alignment in challenging rooms. Buyers needing 4K native panels or ultra short throw lenses should look at alternative technologies.

Check Connectivity and Control Requirements

Verify source devices match the two HDMI 2.0 inputs, two VGA ports and composite video input. Audio uses 3.5mm jacks for two inputs and one output. Network control relies on HDBaseT 3.0, RJ45 and RS232; ensure your control system supports these protocols before ordering.

Questions about this item

Does the ZU707T need a separate screen or will a plain white wall work for its 7000 lumen output?

The projector throws an image from 30 to 350 inches on any flat white surface; a dedicated screen improves contrast but is not required for the 7000 lumen brightness.

Can I keep using my older VGA laptop and composite video player with the two VGA ports and the composite input on this model?

Yes, the ZU707T provides two VGA inputs and one composite video input alongside the two HDMI 2.0 ports for legacy sources.

How do I confirm the laser light source is running at its rated 30000 hours after installation?

The on-screen information menu reports accumulated laser hours; compare that figure to the 30000 hour rating to verify expected lifespan.
