  • Massive 400L capacity holds 4x more gear than standard wagons
  • Extended 54" lower shelf fits oversized items like 10x10 ft canopies
  • Folds to just 1.36 cu ft for compact car-trunk storage
  • Heavy-duty frame supports 560lbs static and 460lbs dynamic loads
  • All-terrain balloon wheels and 600D Oxford fabric handle rough ground and wet weather

Double Decker Wagon with Extended Tailgate

The Originsure folding wagon adds a 54-inch lower shelf that is half again as long as a standard deck, giving 14.16 cubic feet of total volume for oversized loads such as 10-by-10-foot canopies. A zip-open top tier expands the upper area by fifty percent, while the collapsible frame shrinks to 1.36 cubic feet for trunk storage.

Sustained Load Performance

A reinforced steel frame rated twenty percent thicker than typical carts supports a static capacity of 560 pounds and a dynamic capacity of 460 pounds. Double-layer 600D Oxford fabric resists water, abrasion and tearing so the structure remains stable during repeated heavy use across gravel, sand or grass.

All-Terrain Wheel Limits

Wide balloon wheels handle loose surfaces and moderate slopes without sinking, yet the wagon has no braking system and the handle offers no powered assist. On steep inclines or soft ground the 460-pound moving limit can become difficult to control, so operators should avoid grades that exceed safe manual steering effort.

Questions about this item

How much effort is needed to pull the 560 lb static load across sand with the big all-terrain wheels?

The wide balloon wheels spread the weight so the wagon rolls over sand and gravel without sinking, keeping steering light even near the 460 lb dynamic limit.

What must I already own to use the extended 54 inch lower shelf for a 10x10 ft canopy?

Only the wagon itself; the shelf is built in and the zip-open expansion adds 50 percent more top space without extra parts.

Will the folded 1.36 cu ft size fit beside a 220 L utility wagon in my sedan boot?

Yes, the collapsed wagon occupies one third the volume of comparable carts, leaving ample room for another folded wagon or gear.
