Professional Stage Lamp

The OSRAM Lok-it 1000/PS is a 1000 W discharge lamp built for the PR Lighting XR1000 Wash and compatible moving heads. It serves theatres, studios and touring productions that need reliable, high-output illumination.

90,000 Lumen Output

This lamp produces 90,000 lumens at a 6,000 K colour temperature with a CRI of 92. That combination of brightness and colour fidelity is the single figure that determines whether it meets a venue’s photometric requirements.

750-Hour Rated Life

Rated for 750 hours of operation, the lamp uses a Lok-it base for tool-free changes that reduce downtime between shows. The 0.099 kg weight keeps fixture balance unchanged during extended runs.

Questions about this item

What does the 90,000 lumen output mean for a fixture like the PR Lighting XR1000 Wash?

The 90,000 lumen rating indicates the total light flux the lamp produces when powered at 1000 W, giving the XR1000 Wash its rated intensity for large venues and touring shows.

How does the Lok-it PS base affect installation and compatibility?

The Lok-it PS base enables tool-free, hot-swap lamp changes and locks the lamp precisely in the optical path, so the XR1000 Wash and other listed fixtures maintain alignment without extra hardware.

What physical space and weight allowance does the lamp need inside the XR1000 Wash?

The lamp weighs 0.0990 kg and fits the standard Lok-it PS socket used in the XR1000 Wash, requiring no additional brackets or mounting modifications.
