Questions about this item

Does the LP-600 shipment include the lamp module only or a complete housing assembly?

The LP-600 is supplied as an Osram P-VIP lamp module; a separate housing is not included and must be sourced or reused from the original unit.

The title lists several Hitachi models — 50V569A, 55VS69A, 62VS69A and 65F59J — how do I confirm which LP-600 fits my set?

Match your TV's exact model number to the compatibility list; the LP-600 replaces part numbers UX-25951 and UX25951 across the 50, 55, 62 and 65 inch series shown.

What does the 5000-hour lamp-life rating mean for everyday viewing on a Hitachi 62VS69A?

At roughly four hours of daily use the 5000-hour rating translates to about three and a half years before the 100-120W Osram P-VIP lamp typically requires replacement.
