Letter-size file organiser box

This two-pack of black cardboard boxes is designed for letter-size hanging folders. The collapsible construction folds flat when not in use, making it easy to store on a shelf or in a cupboard. A built-in stainless steel handle allows comfortable carrying between desk, shelf or classroom. The reinforced corrugated core resists bowing when the box is full.

12.2 x 5.3 x 9.8 inch internal dimensions

The critical specification is the internal clearance of 12.2 inches long, 5.3 inches wide and 9.8 inches high. These dimensions determine whether standard letter-size hanging folders fit without bending or protruding. If your folders follow a different standard, such as legal or A4, they will not sit correctly in this organiser.

30 litre capacity per box

Each box provides 30 litres of volume, enough for a typical active filing project or a term's worth of classroom handouts. The lightweight cardboard is not water resistant, so damp environments or liquid spills will damage the material. Heavy archive loads over long periods may eventually stress the corners beyond their design limit.
