What the kit is and who it serves

The OtterBox Fast Charge USB-C Car Charger Kit 20W 78-80477 bundles a car charger and a USB-C to USB-C cable. It delivers up to 20W through USB Power Delivery 3.0 for phones and other USB-C devices. The charger plugs into a 12-14V DC vehicle socket and the cable is flex-tested to 3,000 cycles.

Drivers who need a single-port fast charge

Commuters and road-trip drivers who want fast charging for one USB-C device from the car outlet will find this kit fits the need. Buyers who must charge multiple devices at once or who require a higher total output should look at multi-port alternatives.

How it fits the vehicle and what it leaves free

The adapter draws up to 2.3A from the 12-14V DC socket and provides a single USB-C port, leaving other outlets open for additional accessories. The included USB 2.0 cable handles data and charging, so no separate cable purchase is required for basic use.
