Capacity and purpose

The Ovente KP72B is a 1.7 litre electric kettle powered at 1100W for rapid boiling. It suits households that need hot water quickly for tea, coffee or cooking. The BPA-free construction and stainless steel concealed element keep water clean and the appliance durable. Cordless serving from the 360° swivel base adds convenience.

Practical limits of the heating interface

The 1100W element boils a full 1.7L in minutes and is 50% more efficient than a traditional stovetop kettle. Auto shut-off activates once water reaches boiling point. Boil-dry protection cuts power if the kettle runs empty. The removable spout filter catches debris but must be cleaned regularly to maintain flow.

Pre-purchase checks

Verify that your kitchen counter can accommodate the 9.4 inch height and 6.7 inch width footprint. Ensure a standard mains outlet is within reach of the base cord storage slots. Confirm you are comfortable hand-washing the removable filter and that the clear-view window meets your preference for monitoring water level.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the KP72B or one of the KP413, KG83, KG516, KD64 or KS711 series for a 1.7L capacity?

The KP72B is the only model in this listing with a 1.7 litre capacity and 1100W rating. The other series numbers are listed as separate product lines, not as capacity options for this kettle.

What does the 1100W rating mean for daily boiling time?

At 1100W the kettle brings a full 1.7L to a boil in a few minutes, and the supplier notes it is 50% more efficient than a traditional stovetop kettle, reducing daily electricity use.

What power connection does the 360° swivel base use and what does it limit?

The corded base plugs into a standard mains outlet and supplies the 1100W heating element; the 360° swivel only allows the kettle to sit at any angle on the base, it does not add data or charging functions.
