Installation Notes

The module uses a standard 288-pin DDR4 form factor and operates at 1.2V. Because it is an 8Rx4 registered DIMM, the system BIOS must support this rank configuration; some Supermicro boards limit the number of high-rank modules per channel. Mixing with unbuffered or ECC load-reduced memory is not supported and will prevent boot.
