A single 128GB DDR4 3200 CL22 8Rx4 288-pin ECC registered RDIMM for Supermicro A+ Server 2014TP-HTR, 2024S-TR, 2024US-TNR, 2024US-TRT and 2114GT-DNR
This single 128GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered RDIMM is built for Supermicro A+ Server platforms including the 2014TP-HTR, 2024S-TR, 2024US-TNR, 2024US-TRT and 2114GT-DNR. It delivers 128GB in one 288-pin module running at 1.2V with CL22 latency. The 8Rx4 organisation and registered buffer target multi-socket workstations and NAS systems that require error-correcting memory.
The module replaces slower DDR4 DIMMs and is backward compatible with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933MHz bus speeds. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced ECC memory, so buyers upgrading a populated chassis must match the registered type across all slots. The jump is worthwhile when the platform supports registered DIMMs and the workload needs maximum per-slot density.
As a JEDEC-standard DDR4 registered DIMM, it fits only platforms wired for registered signalling and 288-pin DDR4 slots. Standard desktop motherboards and consumer laptops cannot use this memory. The 1.2V operating voltage follows the DDR4 specification, but the registered buffer and ECC logic prevent installation in systems that expect unbuffered modules.

Yes, the 288-pin form factor matches the DDR4 RDIMM slots on the listed Supermicro A+ Server models.
Align the notch with the slot key, press firmly until both retention clips click, then verify the module height sits flush with neighbouring DIMMs.
Replace if the system logs corrected ECC errors that climb steadily, or after a firmware update that changes the qualified memory list.
