This 128GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMM provides error-correcting memory for ASUS KRPA-U16 motherboards and RS720 rack servers. It is built for workstations and servers that require ECC registered modules. Standard desktop computers cannot use this memory type. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported.

Single 128GB module with JEDEC compliance

The upgrade consists of one 128GB 8Rx4 module operating at 1.2V with CL22 latency. JEDEC-standard and ROHS-compliant design meets OEM specifications for a warranty-safe installation. No heat spreader is fitted on the module. The registered buffer and ECC functionality are integral to the DIMM itself.

DDR4 3200 with backward speed compatibility

The PC4-25600 module runs at 3200MHz and will also operate at 2133MHz, 2400MHz, 2666MHz and 2933MHz when installed in slower platforms. It uses the 288-pin DDR4 interface exclusively. Systems requiring unbuffered, load-reduced or non-ECC memory are not compatible with this registered ECC DIMM.
