16GB DDR4 2133MHz ECC registered RDIMM for compatible Supermicro X10SDV server motherboards
This 16 GB DDR4 ECC registered DIMM is built for the Supermicro X10SDV motherboard series listed in the specifications. It suits administrators who need to expand memory capacity on supported server, workstation or NAS platforms.
The module uses a 288-pin RDIMM form factor with 2Rx4 organisation and requires a motherboard that accepts registered ECC memory. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered DIMMs and will not function in standard desktop boards.
Operating at 1.2 V with a CL15 latency at 2133 MHz, the stick runs without a heat spreader. Power draw stays within standard DDR4 registered limits, and the lack of a spreader keeps the profile low for dense chassis airflow.

Other versions of this model
The 1.2 V operating voltage is the primary electrical limit; the registered buffer and ECC logic keep signal integrity stable as long as the motherboard stays within JEDEC DDR4 specs.
It has no heat spreader, draws only the standard 1.2 V DDR4 current, and adds no fan noise because the DIMM itself is passive.
A Supermicro X10SDV series board — X10SDV-12C-TLN4F+, X10SDV-16C+-TLN4F, X10SDV-16C-TLN4F, X10SDV-4C-7TP4F or X10SDV-2C-7TP4F — with 288-pin DDR4 ECC registered slots.
