DDR3L platform limits

The DDR3L standard tops out at 1600 MT/s and 1.35 V, so this module cannot run faster or at a lower voltage than the platform allows. Registered buffering adds a clock cycle of latency, which is mandatory for the listed SuperServer boards. Mixing this DIMM with unbuffered memory is not supported by the memory controller. Capacity per slot is capped by the server's qualified vendor list.
