Server-grade capacity kit
This OWC upgrade kit delivers 1TB of DDR4 memory across four 256GB registered DIMMs. It is built for Supermicro H11SSL-C, H11SSL-i, H11SSW-iN, H11SSW-NT and H12SSL-C motherboards in workstation and server roles. Standard desktop systems cannot use these modules.
ECC registered DDR4 3200 CL22
Each module runs at 3200 MT/s with PC4-25600 bandwidth, CL22 latency and 1.2V operation. The 8Rx4 octal-rank organisation and 288-pin registered ECC design are the single specification that decides compatibility; mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs is not supported.
Straightforward DIMM installation
Install by seating each 288-pin module into the motherboard slots until the retention clips engage. The main risk is populating a board that requires unbuffered or load-reduced memory, or mixing ranks in a way the platform does not allow.

Questions about this item
What does the 3200 MT/s rating deliver when the modules are installed in a Supermicro H11SSL-C?
The kit runs at DDR4 3200 with CL22 latency, providing the rated speed and timing once the motherboard trains the memory at that frequency.
What does the PC4-25600 designation mean for the memory interface?
PC4-25600 is the JEDEC standard name for DDR4 3200, confirming the modules meet the official specification for that data rate.
What physical slot and pin count do these 256 GB modules need?
Each module is a 288-pin RDIMM designed for standard DDR4 DIMM slots on the listed Supermicro boards.
