A 2 GB DDR3 1600 UDIMM for QNAP TS-1279U-RP, TS-1679U-RP and TS-879U-RP systems
This module is a single 2GB DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 CL11 1Rx8 240-pin 1.5V non-ECC UDIMM. It is validated for QNAP TS-1279U-RP, TS-1679U-RP and TS-879U-RP systems. The JEDEC-standard part installs in a standard desktop DIMM slot.
Buyers who need ECC error correction, registered DIMMs, capacities above 2GB, or compatibility with any other server, workstation or desktop platform should look elsewhere. The module is unbuffered and operates at 1.5V only.
The memory runs at DDR3 1600 with a CAS latency of 11 and requires 1.5V. If the target system demands a different voltage, speed grade, latency or ECC type, this module will not function correctly.
Measured against everything we stock in Model-Specific Memory Upgrades, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Other versions of this model
The module is validated for the TS-1279U-RP, TS-1679U-RP and TS-879U-RP.
The DIMM is non-ECC and unbuffered; it must replace or match identical non-ECC modules, not mix with ECC.
Check the NAS firmware memory report or BIOS POST screen — it should show PC3-12800 speed and CL11 latency.
