128GB DDR4 2933 ECC registered RDIMM for ASRock workstation and server boards
This single 128 GB DDR4 2933 module uses an 8Rx4 registered design with ECC and operates at 1.2 V. It is built for the ASRock EP2C621D12 WS workstation motherboard and the listed compatible server boards.
Registered buffering and ECC keep data integrity stable during long compute runs on workstations and servers. The module also runs at 2133, 2400 or 2666 speeds when the platform requires a lower frequency.
The bare 288-pin form factor fits dense DIMM arrays where tall spreaders would block airflow. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced modules and is not compatible with standard desktop systems.

It operates at 1.2V without a heat spreader, so power draw and heat output stay low during all-day workloads.
It is validated for the ASRock EP2C621D12 WS and also listed for EP2C622D24LM2, EPC621D4I-2M, EPC621D6U-2T16R and WC621D8A-2T.
Yes, the spec notes backward compatibility with 2133MHz, 2400MHz and 2666MHz DDR4, so it will down-clock to match existing sticks.
