Server ECC DDR5 Kit

This 32GB kit contains two 16GB DDR5 4800 CL40 registered ECC RDIMMs built for Lenovo ThinkSystem SR675 V3, SR850 V3, SR860 V3 and ST650 V3 servers. Each module runs at 1.1V with a 1Rx8 organisation and fits 288-pin DDR5 slots. The memory is designed for workloads that require error correction and registered buffering.

Registered ECC Limits

Registered ECC DDR5 modules cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs in the same system. The registered buffer adds one clock cycle of latency compared with unbuffered memory, which is normal for this class. Compatibility is restricted to the listed ThinkSystem models; standard desktop or consumer workstation platforms will not accept these DIMMs.

Straightforward Installation

Installation follows the server manufacturer’s DIMM population rules; seat each module until the retention clips lock.
