DDR3 1333 Registered Limits

The modules run at 1333 MHz with CL9 latency at 1.5 V and use a 240-pin registered interface. Registered DIMMs must not be mixed with unbuffered memory and the platform must support ECC registered operation. JEDEC compliance ensures baseline compatibility with the listed servers.
