This OWC kit provides 32GB of DDR5 4800 memory as two 16GB registered DIMMs with ECC and a CL40 latency. It is built for Lenovo ThinkSystem SD650 V3, SD650-I V3, SD665 V3, SD665-N V3 and SR630 V3 servers. The modules operate at 1.1V and use a 288-pin form factor.

Registered ECC limits mixing

Registered ECC memory cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced modules in the same system. The DDR5 4800 standard sets the electrical and timing boundaries, so the kit will run at the platform's supported speed.
