This 32GB DDR4 2133MHz CL15 registered ECC module is built for Lenovo System x3500 M5, x3550 M5 (5463) and x3650 M5 (5462) servers. It operates at 1.2V using a 288-pin 2Rx4 configuration. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or unbuffered memory.

ECC registered operation

The registered ECC design adds error correction and signal buffering for server stability. It replaces Lenovo part numbers 00FC888, 4X70G88311, 95Y4808 and 95Y4810. Mixing this module with unbuffered memory will prevent the system from booting.

Simple DIMM installation
