This 32 GB DDR4 ECC registered DIMM runs at 2666 MHz with CL19 latency and 1.2 V operation. It is built for Lenovo ThinkSystem servers using Xeon SP Gen 1 processors, including the SD530, SD650, SN550, SN850 and SR530 models. The module uses a 2Rx4 organisation and replaces Lenovo part numbers 4X70P98203 and 7X77A01304. It will not work in standard desktop computers.

Operating at the standard DDR4 voltage of 1.2 V keeps power draw low in dense server chassis. The module has no heat spreader, relying on the system’s directed airflow for cooling.
