32 GB DDR4 3200 ECC registered RDIMM for QNAP TDS-h2489FU, TVS-h474, TVS-h674, TVS-h874 and TS-1655
This registered ECC module is built for QNAP rackmount and tower NAS models including the TDS-h2489FU, TVS-h474, TVS-h674, TVS-h874 and TS-1655. It will not work in standard desktop computers and cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory.
The kit consists of one 32GB DDR4 3200 PC4-25600 CL22 2Rx4 288-pin 1.2V registered DIMM. It replaces QNAP part numbers RAM-32GDR4ECK0-RD-3200, RAM-32GDR4ECK1-RD-3200 and RAM-32GDR4ECT0-RD-3200 for a direct slot-in upgrade.
The module uses a standard 288-pin DDR4 RDIMM edge connector without a heat spreader, fitting the approved QNAP memory slots. Buyers needing unbuffered memory or desktop compatibility should look elsewhere.

Other versions of this model
No firmware updates or component replacements are needed; the module is a passive DDR4 component with no moving parts or updatable firmware.
The 1.2 V operating voltage and JEDEC-defined thermal envelope are the primary limits; sustained loads stay within spec as long as system airflow meets the NAS vendor's guidelines.
At 1.2 V the module draws only a few watts, adding minimal heat that the existing QNAP cooling design is engineered to dissipate without extra fan noise.
