This OWC kit provides 256GB of DDR4 ECC Registered memory in eight 32GB modules. It is built for the PowerEdge XE8545 server and workstation platform. The registered design and error-correcting code suit environments that require data integrity and sustained uptime. Standard desktop systems cannot use these modules.

DDR4 3200 CL22 Registered

The modules run at DDR4 3200 (PC4-25600) with a CAS latency of CL22 at 1.2V. Each DIMM is a 2Rx4 288-pin registered device, matching the Dell part numbers 370AEVN, 75X1V and the SNP75X1VC series. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced memory is not supported. Buyers who need a different speed, rank or voltage must select another kit.

Thermals and Power
