Adds 4 GB of DDR3-1333 memory to compatible Dell OptiPlex 990 desktops
This single 4 GB DDR3 1333 UDIMM is built to upgrade Dell OptiPlex 990 Desktop, SFF, Tower and USFF systems. It runs at 1.5 V with CL9 latency and uses a standard 240-pin unbuffered layout. The module is JEDEC and RoHS compliant for a warranty-safe installation.
Buyers whose systems require ECC, registered DIMMs or a different pin count cannot use this module. It also suits only DDR3 platforms, so machines limited to other memory generations are not supported.
If the target computer accepts a 240-pin DDR3 1333 PC3-10600 CL9 unbuffered DIMM at 1.5 V, this 4 GB stick will fit and function. Any other pin layout, voltage or speed standard means the part is incompatible.

Other versions of this model
Yes, this UDIMM fits a standard 240-pin DDR3 slot on any OptiPlex 990 Desktop, SFF, Tower or USFF motherboard.
It will work if the other modules are also DDR3 1333 non-ECC unbuffered; mixing ranks or speeds may force the system to run at the lowest common speed.
Check the BIOS memory information screen or run CPU-Z; both should show 4GB at PC3-10600 1333 MHz CL9.
