Server ECC RDIMM upgrade

This 16GB DDR5 module runs at 4800 speed with CL40 latency and 1.1V operation. It is a 1Rx8 288-pin Registered ECC DIMM built for HP ProLiant Gen11 servers including the DL385, DL560, DX360, DX365 and ML350. The part replaces HP numbers P43322-B21, P50309-B21, P58354-H21 and P62601-B21.

Registered ECC limits

Registered ECC memory works only in platforms that support buffered DIMMs and will not function in standard desktop boards. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced ECC modules. The DDR5 4800 JEDEC specification defines the electrical and timing parameters this module follows.
