Each module runs at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency at 1.2 V, and the kit is backward compatible with 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933 MT/s bus speeds. ECC load-reduced architecture reduces electrical load on the memory controller during continuous workloads. The modules carry no heat spreader, so chassis airflow must handle thermal dissipation during extended duty cycles.

Build and Installation

The 288-pin LRDIMM form factor fits only slots wired for DDR4 load-reduced memory in the supported server. Four modules populate four DIMM slots to reach the full 512 GB kit capacity. OWC validates every module in-house and the kit replaces HP part numbers including P06037-B21, P07652-B21 and P25206-B21.
