Verify platform and slot limits

Confirm your motherboard supports DDR4 LRDIMM modules and 4Rx4 organisation before ordering. The system must accept 288-pin registered ECC memory and provide enough DIMM slots for all eight sticks. Mixing these load-reduced modules with unbuffered memory is not supported and will prevent boot.
