OWC 64GB DDR4 2666MHz ECC RDIMM

This 64GB DDR4 2666MHz CL19 ECC registered RDIMM operates at 1.2V and uses a 288-pin 2Rx4 layout. It is designed for Supermicro X11SRA, X11SRA-F and X11SRA-RF motherboards in server, workstation and NAS systems. The module replaces Supermicro part MEMDR464LSL03ER26 and provides error-correcting registered memory for mission-critical workloads.

Verify registered ECC support and slot availability

Confirm that your motherboard accepts DDR4 registered ECC RDIMMs and that you have free 288-pin DIMM slots. This memory will not work in standard desktop boards or in systems that require unbuffered non-ECC modules. It cannot be mixed with unbuffered memory and requires a platform that explicitly supports registered ECC operation at 2666MHz, 2400MHz or 2133MHz.

Fits Supermicro X11SRA series server builds

The module installs directly into compatible Supermicro X11SRA, X11SRA-F or X11SRA-RF motherboards without adapters. It adds 64GB of registered ECC capacity per DIMM, freeing other slots for additional modules and extending the service life of existing server infrastructure. JEDEC and RoHS compliance ensures a standards-based upgrade path for compatible workstation and NAS platforms.

Questions about this item

What does the box contain and do I need any extra parts for a Supermicro X11SRA board?

The package includes one 64GB DDR4 2666MHz CL19 ECC registered RDIMM; no extra cables, brackets or cooling are required for installation in a Supermicro X11SRA, X11SRA-F or X11SRA-RF system.

The listing shows a single 64GB 2Rx4 module — when would I choose this instead of a lower-capacity kit?

Select this 64GB 2Rx4 RDIMM when your Supermicro X11SRA-series board has free 288-pin slots and you need maximum capacity per slot for virtualization, large databases or memory-intensive workloads.

What does the 2666MHz CL19 rating deliver once the module is running in a server?

At 2666MHz with CL19 timing the module provides PC4-21300 bandwidth and ECC error correction, and it will also operate at 2400MHz or 2133MHz if the platform requires a lower speed.
