8GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 UDIMM adds memory to Dell Precision 3440, 3450, 3640 and 3650 workstations
This 8 GB DDR4 module is built for Dell Precision 3440, 3450, 3640 and 3650 workstations. It delivers a straightforward capacity increase for professionals who need more memory headroom in those specific systems. The unbuffered, non-ECC design matches the factory memory configuration used in these models. Buyers who want ECC error correction or registered DIMMs will not find those features here.
The stick runs at 3200 MHz with a CL22 latency at 1.2 V, conforming to the PC4-25600 JEDEC standard. It will also operate at 2933, 2666, 2400 and 2133 MHz when installed in systems that only support those lower speeds. The module cannot run faster than 3200 MHz, and it does not support XMP or manual overclocking profiles beyond the rated specification. Systems that require ECC or registered memory will not accept this DIMM.
The 288-pin UDIMM fits the standard desktop memory slots on the listed Precision towers and small-form-factor units. No heat spreader is present, so clearance inside compact chassis is not an issue. Alignment notches prevent backward insertion, but the retention clips on some Dell boards can be stiff; pressing evenly on both ends until the clips click avoids a partial seat that causes a no-post condition.

Other versions of this model
This is a single 8 GB DDR4 3200 UDIMM. Add one stick to an empty slot or pair two for dual-channel bandwidth on Precision 3440, 3450, 3640 or 3650.
The module is rated DDR4 3200 PC4-25600 CL22 at 1.2 V. Your Precision will clock it to the highest speed the CPU and chipset support, up to 3200 MHz.
The 288-pin UDIMM uses the standard DDR4 bus. Real-world throughput is capped by the platform’s memory controller at 3200 MT/s with CL22 timing.
