Packaging and presentation

The car comes sealed in a plastic display showcase inside a brand new box. This protects the detailed interior and exterior while allowing immediate shelf display without extra accessories. The packaging is the manufacturer's original and requires no assembly.

Installation and handling

No installation is needed; the model is a single sealed unit ready to place on a layout or shelf. It has no opening doors, hood or trunk, so moving parts cannot be damaged. The diecast body with some plastic parts is approximately 2.5 inches long, making it small enough to misplace if not kept in its showcase.

Questions about this item

Will the diecast body or plastic parts need any upkeep over time?

The model is made of diecast metal with some plastic parts and has no moving openings; keeping it in the supplied plastic showcase and dusting occasionally is all the care it requires.

What is the first limitation you hit when displaying this model continuously?

At 1/87 scale and 2.5 inches long, the small size means fine details can be hard to appreciate from a distance, so close viewing or a magnifier becomes the practical limit.

Does the model generate any heat or noise when left on a shelf all day?

It is a static diecast collectible with no electronics, motors or lighting, so it produces no heat, no noise and draws no power whatsoever.
