Scale and Subject

This is a 1/148 scale diecast model of a Ford 400E Van in right-hand-drive configuration. It carries the Fordson Super Service livery in blue and orange and is finished as a sealed display piece. The model is made of diecast metal with some plastic parts and arrives in the manufacturer's original unopened packaging. It is intended for adult collectors and hobby enthusiasts.

Decisive Specification

The model has no opening doors, bonnet or tailgate, so the interior and chassis details remain fixed behind the glazing. This sealed construction preserves the factory paint and tampo printing but prevents any hands-on inspection of the cab or cargo area. Buyers who want functional openings or removable parts should look elsewhere.

Bundled Accessories

A clear plastic display showcase is included to protect the model from dust and handling. The showcase also serves as the primary presentation stand, keeping the van upright on a shelf or in a cabinet. No additional figures, signage or documentation are supplied beyond the standard packaging.

Questions about this item

How much space does the 1/148 scale model occupy on a shelf?

The van measures roughly 1.125 inches in length, so it fits easily on a crowded display shelf or in a small diorama.

What does the officially licensed status mean for the finish?

Ford authorised the livery, so the blue and orange "Fordson Super Service" graphics and RHD cab details match the real 400E van.

Will the diecast van fit inside the supplied showcase?

Yes, the model ships in a fitted plastic display case sized for the 1.125 inch body, protecting the sealed diecast shell.
