24-piece cutlery set for babies

The OXO 119283 set contains 24 Tiny Spoons designed for infants from six months. Each spoon is made from food-grade silicone that is free from BPA, BPS, PVC, latex and phthalates. The narrow bowl and slight arc shape help babies dip, scoop and develop independent feeding skills. Dishwasher safe construction simplifies daily cleaning.

Suited for baby-led weaning, not full cutlery needs

Parents introducing solids will value the sensory bumps that reduce gagging and the soft silicone that protects developing gums. The design was tested by a pediatric feeding specialist for safety and developmental fit. Buyers who need stainless steel forks, knives or larger serving pieces for older children should look elsewhere.

Check your cleaning setup before ordering

Confirm your dishwasher can accommodate small silicone utensils without them falling through the rack. Verify you have storage space for 24 individual spoons measuring 5.6 by 8.9 by 13.4 centimetres. Ensure all caregivers understand the spoons are intended for babies six months and older.

Questions about this item

What meals or foods should I have ready to use the OXO 119283 24-piece cutlery set with my baby?

The Tiny Spoon works for both purees and baby-led weaning. Start by dipping the spoon in food and handing it to your baby; once they grab it, place the spoon in the bowl for them to pick up.

Will the silicone handles on these spoons be safe if my baby still uses plastic bowls or plates?

Yes. The soft silicone handle and spoon bowl are made from food-grade silicone free of BPA, BPS, PVC, latex and phthalates, so they will not damage other tableware.

How can I confirm the spoons are clean and ready for the next meal after washing?

The set is dishwasher safe. After a cycle, inspect each spoon to ensure no food residue remains on the sensory bumps or the slight arc of the spoon bowl.
