Ford Truck Dash Integration Kit

The PAC RPK4FD2201 radio replacement kit installs an aftermarket single-DIN or double-DIN head unit into Ford F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 trucks equipped with the factory four-inch screen. It provides a gapless fit that matches the original dash colour and texture.

Replaces the Factory Radio Bezel

This kit replaces the original dashboard panel when the factory radio is removed, providing ISO mounting points for both single-DIN and double-DIN aftermarket stereos. The upgrade is worthwhile when the original head unit has failed or when modern connectivity features are required.

Sustained Fit and Finish

High-grade ABS construction resists warping and colour shift under continuous cabin temperature cycles. The precision-moulded panels maintain their factory-matched texture and alignment over time, preventing rattles or gaps that can develop with lower-quality materials.

Questions about this item

Will this kit fit the dash opening of a Ford F-250 equipped with the 4-inch screen?

Yes, the kit is designed for Ford F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 trucks that originally came with a 4-inch screen.

What is the most common mistake when mounting a single DIN head unit in this kit?

Forgetting to use the included storage pocket that sits below the radio; it is required to fill the double DIN opening and secure the single DIN chassis.

How does the ABS plastic hold up to heat and sunlight over time?

The high-grade ABS is painted to match the factory dash colour and texture, and is manufactured with precision tolerances for a gapless fit that resists warping.
