Plastic Strapping Tensioner For Heavy-Duty Bundling

This manual windlass tensioner applies up to 900 lb of tension to secure loads with plastic strapping. It accepts strap widths from 1/2 in to 3/4 in and works with open seals. The 11 in handle provides leverage for heavy-duty bundling tasks in shipping or warehousing.

Check Strap Width And Seal Compatibility Before Use

Verify that your strapping falls within the 1/2 in to 3/4 in width range and that you have open seals on hand. The tool is manual and requires no power source, so no battery or electrical connection is needed. Ensure the strapping tensile rating matches your load requirements.

Sustained Tensioning Delivers Consistent 900 Lb

The windlass mechanism maintains steady force during extended strapping sessions without the drop-off seen in ratchet-style tools. Heavy-duty steel construction resists deformation under repeated 1900 lb tensile loads. The 4 lb tool weight stays manageable during prolonged use.
