Product identity

Pacon 101187 is a 65 lb black card stock sold in packs of 100 sheets. It is intended for users who need heavyweight cover paper for greeting cards, postcards, report covers and similar print projects.

Print handling and material properties

The acid-free, lignin-free composition supports archival quality and reduces yellowing over time. Most laser printers and copiers accept the stock when fed manually, while typewriters can also be used without special requirements.

Build quality and daily use

Sheets are sized for standard letter-format workflows and suit rubber stamping, memory books, flyers and announcements. The pack quantity supports repeated projects, though buyers who need larger sheet counts or pre-scored folding lines will need a different product.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 65 lb card stock into my laser printer without jams?

Use the manual feed tray and load one sheet at a time; the heavier weight can misfeed from standard cassettes.

Will the black colour fade if I store printed cards for years?

The acid-free, lignin-free composition resists yellowing and brittleness, so the stock itself stays stable for archival storage.

At what point does the 65 lb weight stop feeding reliably in a desktop copier?

Most desktop copiers rated for standard bond will jam or skew once the cover-weight thickness exceeds the roller gap designed for lighter paper.
